Éire Óg GAC is a vibrant and active sporting club located in Craigavon (Irish : Creag Abhann or Cathair Nua (New City) in the North of Ireland.. The club was established in 1969, with a strong focus on promotingGaelic games, Cultúr Na hÉireann within the local community. Over the years, Éire Óg has become a cornerstone of the community, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and enjoy Gaelic games.

The club has a proud history of success, with numerous championship titles and trophies to their name. Massive well done to our U12.5 girls this morning at Dromintees festival of football. The skills and attitude of all our girls were first class all day.During the day seen our girls play teams from Armagh, Down, Tyrone Louth, and Meath. Their effort, teamwork and overall play seen them come out on top more often than not.We are extremely proud of how these girls are progressing and how they represent the club. Each and every girl deserve huge credit but special mention goes to Erin Donnelly who was selected by other teams coaches and officials for special recognition award, she was a real leader for us today, driving us forward all day with some super scores and encouraging her teammates the whole day. What a week it’s been at the Éire Óg Summer Camp 2026! 🧡💚We hope all the kids have learned a few more skills, made some new friends and, most importantly, had plenty of fun along the way!Club-run summer camps are few and far between across the county, and it simply wouldn’t be possible for us to pull this off without the incredible team of volunteers who give up their time.From our U16, Minor & Senior player coaches, to our fantastic underage coaches and our lunch staff — thank you!
