Find activities to practise football skills and help plan varied sessions, including the GAA15 warm-up for reducing injuries.
Check the relevant association and county guidance for your team. GAA and LGFA rules are separate, and rules and competition arrangements can change.

Explore coaching courses and continuing learning through Tobar, Ulster GAA, Armagh GAA and the LGFA. Check each provider for current dates and requirements.
Follow the club’s established safeguarding process. Don’t post safeguarding concerns or private information in general team messages. If a player may have a head injury, stop them playing and get medical advice.

Contact the relevant team through the club’s published contacts. Confirm training arrangements and registration requirements with the club.
Encourage enjoyment, effort and improvement. Respect teammates, coaches and officials, and help your child balance sport with rest and other activities.
Check with the team about suitable clothing, equipment and what to bring. Let the team’s authorised contact know about attendance through the club’s agreed process.
Foireann is the official registration platform. Access to the Éire Óg app or a team group doesn’t by itself confirm paid membership or player registration.
Fixtures and results are on our website. Club members get team messages and the Club Diary in the Éire Óg app.
Any concern about a child’s safety or welfare goes to our Children’s Officer, not to a team group. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
Summer camps of Gaelic games for children, run in every county. Check the Cúl Camps site for dates and venues near you.
Ask the club about practical ways to help, such as organising equipment or assisting with events. Volunteering doesn’t by itself give coaching approval, membership or access to private groups.
